The factory is equipped with injection molding machines and clean workshops with monthly output up to 60,000pcs. The product quality is monitored across the complete production. Horigen apply 100% online testing procedures which require every single breast pump to go through multiple online inspections including appearance, suction and accelerated aging test etc. to guarantee quality is passed before the packaging.
Moreover, QC room is set along with the production scene to conduct further test on finished product in terms of product performance and packaging. Horigen also invest to set up testing labs with assorted equipments for new product performance verification.
